A Street in Hamburg...

on an autumnal Thursday morning.

This has nothing to do with the photo, but I've set myself a goal - to be able to do the lotus yoga posture by the end of the year...
I've just started doing attempting some preparation exercises from a yoga book - and the whole thing seems impossible.  I can't even get into the preparatory positions - I'm nowhere near! 

I will blip updates on my progress, and if when I manage it, I'll blip a selfie of me in it!  :-)
