Tomato mozzarella risotto with M

Mine turned out a bit too salty but still good and lovely to have some time to catch up with M....so good to see her, have dinner, a glass of wine and just relax....on a Monday - what luxury! I am liking my life of working and not studying :-)

Also good to get back to work....I do like it there :-)
