Rainy Season

Today's forecast is the week's forecast, in fact just make it the month's forecast. Instead of going for a walk at lunch and getting a shot, I was restricted to the office by the lashing rain.

Today was a 30min morning swim and a 6 mile evening run, a good day's training.
