Number challenge

On my way back from work I was looking for a picture opportunity for my picture a day FB challenge group. I saw this on the side of the road while stopped at a red light and although the number is not the main object, it has to suffice. 
I took some other pictures too, but for today I will use this one to satisfy both of my challenges.
