Mourning drapes and flags at half mast at Paris City Hall for the killings on Wednesday at the magazine Charlie Hebdo, while police sirens screeching as dozens of vehicles race toward the Porte de Vincennes where shoppers just were taken hostage in a related terrorist attack.
