HELP ME PLEASE !!!!!

Look who I met on my walk this afternoon two 4 month old Border terriers Ozzie & Flynn who are brothers and so full of energy and just a bit too much at the moment and one is even trying to kiss me! I'm sure if we were all off the lead and in a safe place we could have had a lot of fun and I could have given them a run for their money and showed them a few Border tricks! Apparently I was like this at their age and Dad assured their owner they will get a lot easier to handle in time as she said they were really hard work at the moment!
