My first Kingfisher
So delighted to see a Kingfisher let alone photograph one. I went on a very enjoyable stroll around Blackhole Marsh, Seaton with a local branch of Devon Birds. Also present was another blipper 28DegreesNorth. It was a warm sunny morning with little wind after last nights gales and the coming next ones. So relaxing to sit and watch the birds and hopefully get to remember a few. For the record we saw stonechats, lapwings, a peregrine falcon, shelduck, chiffchaff, various gulls, long tailed tits and of course the kingfisher. This was only the mornings sightings, so it will be interesting to hear what else was spotted.
