Bridge 46

The next in my series of bridges over the Stratford on Avon to Birmingham canal. Situated half a mile north of the A4189 road, going from Warwick to Henley in Arden. This is taken from the southern side utilising my Little Stopper.

This is a lovely example of a bridge built in conjunction with a lock, the lower gate of which can be seen under the bridge and is closed so as to allow entry to the lock from the northern side. The small cascade on the lower right is the overflow from the section above
