2 pints of lager

Best friend Sandra took me into Cambridge on the bus today where we wandered from coffee shop to pint shop to pub, and you can be assured we ate and drank and drank more, in all of them.  What a lovely birthday treat!

Sandra knows all the best places and so it was brilliant to dress up just a little, (we usually catch up on muddy dog walks), and pretend to be ladies-that-lunch, even though we did drink pints and end up at one of the oldest pubs in Cambridge rather than somewhere posher.
