Power ball
My New Year's resolution this year is to try and cut down on my sugar consumption. There's no way I can give it up completely - what's the point of denying yourself sticky toffee pudding or scones with jam and clotted cream??
I ordered the new Davina McCall "5 weeks to sugar free' book and tonight I made the power balls - almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut and sesame seeds. They taste pretty good!
