I'm Spinning around!!

Back to the gym.

Now that DH is working from home Thursdays and Fridays this means I can go to the gym a bit earlier in the evening. So decided to give spin a go. Actually quite enjoyed it but will probably feel it tomorrow as I haven't been to the gym for over a month.
