The Chicken Stand
I follow Julie Child's recipe when it comes to chickens. I let them lie in salt water with spices overnight and then dry them like this for an hour, then butter and more spices and into the oven.
The thing was that I didn't own a stand to let the chicken dry and fry on, but then I have a lots of wire hangers lying around the house, took three, cut off their hooks and twisting them around a little.
