Bearded (Green)man, progression

My bearded man, has developed some 'Greenman' features and a bookshelf behind him. So far today I have embroidered Rosemary into his beard and tomorrow I hope to embroider some Violets. The bookshelf, will eventually have some biographical references stitched into the portrait
