Last night was one of the wildest storms Scotland has had in years, tens of thousands of homes lost power, trees uprooted all over, buildings damaged in many places.

The damage near me was not too bad, but after every storm there are less and less trees left in the area.

A very long work day, from 6am to about 5.30pm, a bit of a struggle as well, due to the lack of exercise yesterday, I really needed to do a decent session.
A very quick 2 miles then a chest session. The weekend is long run time, and maybe even long swim time.
