Spotted Towhee

I started on a new job today and the office and grounds are amazing.  Within a few steps of my office, I found a good amount of birds, chirping and feeding near me as if I wasn't even there.  This is a California Spotted towhee.  They make quite a racket while they pick grubs and insects off the ground.
