Windy Morning

First walk of the day and the wind is still around 50/60 miles per hour  at 0715. Not much of a subject but working today, As you can see this was irresponsible and unsafe practice by not taking those flags down in this type of weather. Those flags have a safety warning on them that they should not be up in winds of  no more than 40 miles per hour as they are  is a very good change that they will be damage. This was the case some parts of the poles and flags had been flown across the main road and all over their yard .  Just lucky they did not hit a car!!!
