Remembering...

Remembering our fallen Heroes today.
The sun was setting against the flag in the reflection of the Vietnam Memorial. It was quiet and sorrowful. You could feel each and every name etched on that wall. I've seen some really great things here, but this meant a lot. The sense of pride in the Uncle who served and fought in this war and the pain of loss that each family member who's loved one's name was listed here encompassed me. Another beautiful moment.
