Shifting sands.

This view is looking up the west coast from the beach we walk on most mornings. Just a few months ago the large rocks in the foreground were totally hidden under sand ! Now the currents have moved the sand to expose them. Nearby there is extensive mining of these black sands to extract the iron.....perhaps this affects the stability of the sand.
