We spent a wonderful day here in Mandurah, I wouldn't want to spill the beans on this idealic little fishing harbour, there were just enough people here today crabbing, sailing in their boats, 3 young boys were diving in the water having a great time cooling off ..
We had drinks at here which kept us both cool..

We drove home to find an out of control bush fire raging North East to where we live, the blue sky soon turned black with the smoke, the sun a huge red ball lost in the blackness, an evacuation centre is in place for the poor people directly effected, it's too early to tell if homes were lost.
Our doors and Windows are firmly shut the smoke is drifting towards us, the smell of it is ominous...
