What's the story?

I often come across random out of place objects on my lunchtime walks around Digbeth, it must be a peculiarity of the place because I never seem to find so many random things elsewhere. Perhaps it's because I'm lunchtime ambling and not going anywhere with a purpose. Today I spotted this old suitcase. I wonder what its story is?
