WALK IT OFF

Wk 1: 3 down...11 to go!!!
Really pleased this week, although the first week is always the best.
Have managed to keep to a walking target of a mile a day...or 31 by the end of January and did treat myself to a burger meal!
But now it's onwards and upwards!!
