January 10 - Habit

I always add water to the pot before dumping the leftover coffee. No idea why. When someone asked once I was reminded of the story about the lady who always cut the ends off her roast beef "because her mother did" , so I asked my mom if this was something she did too. Nope. This is my very own little quirk that has no rhyme or reason - just a habit.
