Wet and Wild...

We got soaked on our walk today.  We went to the Wild Animal Park, which is a fair drive away, and it was closed due to the stormy weather.  There were warnings on the radio not to go into the woods, so I suppose the Park managers thought it best to close the place to the public and there are lots of wooded areas there.  I missed seeing the deer! :-(

We decided to find somewhere else to walk Alfred because as yesterday's blip shows, he's not interested in walking around the streets where we live in bad weather, but if it's fields or a wood he'll happily go, whatever the weather. 

But it was horrible - we got soaked and then had to go to the shops dripping wet!  We're home now though and warm and dry... I can't wait for the first warm, sunny, gentle, sweet smelling, spring day!  :-)
