it not all black and white

a bitterly cold day with strong winds but not nearly as bad as we have had in the past 48 hrs.  we escaped relatively unscathed with just a bit of ridging damaged on our roof and a few lost tiles plus a half hour power cut.  Many other areas of Skye have had no power for hours, infact some still don't nearly 48hrs later and it is a similar story throughout the rest of the Highlands and Islands.
