Calm before the storm

The forecast for tonight - and indeed the next few days is pretty dreadful. But for some reason this evening it suddenly cleared and we got this glorious sunset. Almost missed it until I glanced outside from the living room and saw the colours.
On account of the forecast spent the afternoon battening down the proverbial hatches and trying to ensure everything in the garden wouldn't blow away. Fingers crossed.
