Last night I made a Chicken & Butternut squash curry. I served myself a portion & then plonked myself in front of the TV / PC for the evening. Just shy of three hours later I thought it was time for bed, I expected the rest of the curry to be cold enough to go in the fridge.

It wasn't

I'd left the pan on a low light.

I was not happy.

I turned the gas off & went to bed & cleared the (now cold) curry out this morning. Luckily I caught it just before it welded itself to the bottom of the pan.
