Nine pincushions?

Who needs nine pincushions? I surely don't - in fact I have two more, in use and scruffy. Pin cushions are useful because they can be made from small pieces of embroidery, and it is possible to convince oneself they are useful.
These sit in a row on my spare bedroom windowsill. I hope our guests enjoy them.
