After the storm

A gale blew past the house on Thursday night into Friday. It was bin recycling day on Friday, so the good burghers had their green wheelie bins in the streets piled high.
The gale knocked the bins over.
The wind blew the contents up the street and into our garden.
I spent today trying to revert from landfill site to garden again by gathering up the rubbish strewn about the place.

Among the cartons of juice, cans, food boxes, envelopes, Christmas wrapping paper I found this delightful vignette; written on the back of a Christmas Card, its obviously someone's attempt at Consequences. Christmas Day family hilarity all round!
