Octopus.......Pulpo

I met this young man during our morning walk; he had been swimming and diving for an hour or so.....here is his prize!....a freshly caught octopus, which he kindly held up for me to photograph.
It is called Pulpo in Spanish, and when cooked, it is usually sprinkled with salt, garlic, paprika and plenty of olive oil.....eaten with some freshly baked bread....delicious!
