Tomorrows dinner

I was detailed off to make a cog au vin for tomorrows dinner as Mrs M and I will be off shopping in the morning and it will be already when we come home.  What's in it ?
Chicken, porcini mushrooms, pancetta, shallots, chestnut mushrooms, a good amount of red wine and the usual herbs, garlic etc. and served on a bed of crushed potatoes
