Birdy Feast

The birds love this. It was a christmas present for me and it has proved very popular. My neighbours normally take on the title of Birds Bistro but not now. I managed to get a few birds actually on the ball but I really needed the long lens because as soon as I came closer they flew off all except a brave few. We have loads of different kinds of birds but these very cute and agile Blue Tits number the most. Whilst the Blue Tits expertly clung to the ball the Robin (only one - very territorial) from the dropped seed on the ground. Then in the background were the blackbirds. The pigeons came later.
