not my cup of tea...

Dave got a selection of Swedish tipples for christmas, and he decided to give them a try tonight... I'm currently being well behaved and healthy for a while, following the the christmas binge, so I was a bit worried that this would be the start of a slide into drunkeness and gluttony...but thankfully it's horrible!...  

I like a bit of swedish culture... Fika is fantastic... fredagsmys is right up my street and you can't beat a bit of pickled herring,  but Akavit is rank and should be condemned to the wrong box along with salty liquorice...

Having said that it was fun to try it, and Dave got a lot of enjoyment out of watching the expression on my face :-)
