Cooking doesn't come tougher than this......

Masterchef was in charge this evening. Chicken legs marinaded in garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemon, pepper and olive oil. Roasted in the oven with potatoes roasted in the same marinade. Served with carrots. He does look good in his whites and Christmas kitchen knife (Opinel Le Petit Chef, if you are asking, quick sharpen and it's almost as good as the Global).

Excellent stuff..... skivvy clearing up behind him though......

Time for lying on a couch, watching telly and drinking beer.  'er inside the doors is outside the doors in Edinburgh eating Thai..
