The life & times of Jacks

Ahhhhhnd Relax......

I had Rosie come up for a cuddle early this morning (about 7am).  She managed to settle herself quite comfortably on my chest.  Another 30 mins and Nibbler decided to join her.  Now I know I need to diet but I am not big enough for two cats to curl up on my chest so Rosie was relegated to just beside me with her head using my arm as a pillow.

Cuddly cats are the best way to wake.  The problem was though that I went back to sleep and didn't wake again til 12pm!!!!

oops.

Finally got up, planned the meals etc for the week and did my online shopping.  Then into Watford to return a table cloth I bought but actually didn't like it when it was on the table.  We went to Wagamama for some late lunch.  I used to always thing Wagas was reasonably healthy - it was so hard to find anything on the menu in the mains under 500cals.

We went to see The Theory of Everything in the early evening and it was a good film.  Amazing that in the 1960's Stephen Hawking was given 2 years to live and he is still around now into his 70s.  I do wonder if it was because of his determination to prove his theories that gave him motivation to not give up.  It was quite inspirational in places and he is an amazing man.  There were also some quite teary moments in it.

To explain the significance or insignificance of the photo choice I am continually trying to improve my photography and as we were driving to Watford earlier Steve was playing some Cello music in the car which gave me an idea to use my Cello and see if I couldn't experiment with long exposure and some torch based lighting.
