Trip out

A morning of general tidying after a medium sized walk with Bailey. I have managed to get rid of all the Christmas shopping boxes, hoovering and emptying the bins - spoiling Bailey's fun in the process. And then we had an invitation and Bailey's first trip to the pub. He did very well - charming all and sundry and nearly managing to help himself to a lady's doggy bag that she was taking home for her own dog. 

After a lovely lunch, we walked down the path by the Fossdyke heading for town and then back, making the decision that Bailey could be trusted off his lead. We just didn't reckon on his interest in the swans... So, on the third time that he almost ended up head first in the canal he went back on his lead. I think we definitely need to do a bit more walk on recall.
