Lakeside Evening Artistic

Last nights mission was a wee drive to Lake Okaro, 2km from Rainbow Mountain, on the road to Murupara.

Having started out as two photographiers, we bundled up a third from the "Old Farts Compound", on the way.

The challenge was to take star trails, well as you can see that didin't happen.

Quite like this artistc impression. By the time the stars came out, we had moved to another spot on the shore of the lake and I was over it by then.

The others got some fabulous star images and the plan is to go back with a fish eye lense possibly next weekend.
