Sprucing up

Joel and I went to work today on Jessica and Matt's rental house. They have a new guy coming in March so this weekend we'll paint everything then there will be floors to work on. I'm one of the few in this world who kind of likes to paint so I get asked to help now and then. Joel hates it with a passion so was therefore given jobs involving measuring, cutting and nails.
