Homeless

This is a homeless man who wanders the streets of Timaru's town and lives in the bushes at Caroline Bay. I am not sure of his reason or excuse to be Homeless but a friend of mine who is a gardener at the Bay certainly does not like the mess he makes. Who really knows what this mans story is, it maybe Heroic or just plain and simple and fallen on hard times.
