Cute Little Back Blip

On my way home from work I pondered what the heck I could blip since it was dark and grey and photographically uncooperative.  I had to stop at the market and found this little guy, a Corgi I believe, (maybe Welsh or Pembroke Welsh?) tied to the bike rack waiting for his owner.  Problem solved.
