I've found the answer!!

First of all, thank you all very much for all your wonderful comments yesterday, I was quite overwhelmed! This is such a special place to be a part of, and I'm glad I found you all!!

This is a card I received from a friend last week along with some very special gifts.
I whole heartedly believe in this philosophy and I can't wait til I can practise it!!

Tomorrow hopefully I will get out for a walk round the block so fingers crossed for an outside blip, I'm getting fed up of thinking and searching for something inside to blip, and I'm sure you're all fed up of them too!!

I'm going to stop waffling now!!
