A little colour on a dreich day

It's still raining and very cold all the time and every time I go outside the drizzle keeps following me around and prevents me from taking pictures outside... i would need a water-proof camera...

Luckily, the purple shamrock decided to continue his spring growth and this morning I found that he (all my plants are a 'he' in my head, no idea why) flowered pretty much overnight.

It made me smile :>
