Better late that never

No, not for a wedding, but my 730th blip - 2 years worth of pictures. This should of course have occurred on the 31st December but due to a blip in my blipping in November/December, I'm late. 

To appreciate this image, you really do need to view it large, and if you want to have a go at a mosaic yourself, the software, AndreaMosaic is completely free of charge. All you have to do is give credit when you use it as I have just done.

The car by the way belongs to a work colleague, Roger Nesbitt. I do love the old VW beetle. If I wasn't so in love with reliability and comfort, I would sell the MX5 and buy myself one.

Alarm installation and cooking today. I started on the alarm yesterday but didn't finish and having gained weight at Xmas, Rachel wants me to make her some harira (a very filling middle eastern soup) and my skinny chili for next week. Hats off to her for not giving up now that the wedding is over. Who knows, I might even see her in the gym this afternoon, assuming she remembers how to find it.

Speaking of the gym, I did a 60 minute ride on the exercise bike on Friday evening. Ouch. How can we land a craft on Mars but not design a bicycle saddle that doesn't crush your b***s to a pulp and rub your a***e until it bleeds?
