Highly elasticated waist circular skirt as worn by the Mong (pronounced Mung) women , one of the ethnic minority groups of Vietnam.
On our way to Hue now. Hope it's a bit warmer.
We are at Hanoi airport now. I just spent £5 on a Snickers bar. Worth every penny.
