A perfect birthday meal

I spent much of the day fussing as to whether we'd get to Perth due to the weather, but of course, my fears were unfounded.

I just love Graeme Pallister's cooking at 63 Tay Street (link is to my blog post last year). I had his take on a Burns' supper featuring partridge haggis, a delicious Thai inspired duck dish and this dessert featuring passion fruit and other exotic flavours. 

A perfect birthday meal! 

The lighting is low, so I am not sure my photo totally does the dish justice!
