Bird in a cage?
Well no, it is actually a supermarket hand basket. I put it upside down in the garden and it means the little birds like the robin, sparrows and tits can get in and out to reach the food. The bigger birds cannot get in. The cleverest birds at nipping in and out are the tits. The robin gets in and out easily. There are about 20 sparrows and some just hop in and out while others seem to have to circle the basket three times before attempting to go in. It does provide me with lots of bird watching opportunities.
