Windy day.

Ask a French person to get out into the street to defend their rights, and they will be there! Heartwarming to see so many people from different walks of life in the streets of Paris and other cities. In the face of unity, only Marine Le Pen struck a false note (no surprise there then) -- apparently she thinks you have to be invited to a manif, and threw her toys out of the pram when she wasn't.
