The Bute en route

I was at the annual Toward School fund raising BBQ tonight.

Toward Primary is not only the school where Cathleen is Head Teacher, but is also one of the most beautifully situated schools in Scotland sitting right on the shore and looking down the Clyde to Cumbrae and the Ayrshire coast and across into Rothesay Bay.

This is the Cal Mac Ferry "Bute" this evening - a cold ,grey , very unseasonal evening in Argyll - crossing to Wemyss Bay with Cumbrae behind.
