Lazy Sunday morning. We woke up late, having been out yesterday evening to watch The Theory of Everything at our local fleapit. Wonderful performance by Eddie Redmayne and also by the female lead Felicity Jones. Very reminiscent of a Cambridge world that I remember very clearly from my late teenage years; only twelve years later than Stephen Hawking. I hadn't expected too much of the film but found it very moving; based on the memoirs of Hawking's first wife Jane.
After a (very late) breakfast, we got out for a bit of a cycle ride. I find myself a bit slower and more sluggish than usual and it was cold - but always wonderful to arrive home with cheeks glowing from the chill wind.
