If someone had punched me and I had to come up with a fake story as to why I have a bruised nose and eye there is not doubt what actually happened I would never have dreamed of making up.

Playing a game of keek'a'boo with my youngest boy he was hiding behind a bedroom drawer unit and in an instant he popped out and threw a small dice at me (like the ones you get with small board games).

It hit me from a distance of a one metre away and caught me right on the bridge of the nose bone and it drew blood instantly. What I was not expecting was the bruising that came up that made me look like I've just come out of the local boxing club.
