Tea party

Amongst other things, I have been honing my scone making technique (again) today, hence my blip. These were consumed by my friend Jon, his girlfriend L, Darcie and K this afternoon.

The 'other things' include jumping out of bed at 6:00am to finish writing a journal article, and going for a late morning run in horrible, freezing rain.

Exercise today: ankle-friendly short run in hideous weather (27 minutes).
